10:52am: A deputy investigated an animal cruelty complaint in the 600 block of South 11th Street, Grand Junction.

6:19pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

6:27pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 220th Street near Oakland Avenue. David Most 48 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2006 Dodge Ram. The estimated damage to the vehicle was around 1,000 dollars.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
