The Perry School Board met on Monday.

The Board approved the Modified Supplemental Amount for Dropout Prevention for 2023-2024 which is financial assistance from the state for the amount of $673,478 for providing programming for students identified as returning and potential dropouts. It was explained in the meeting that the dropout numbers have gone up in the last couple of years. The Board approved the school calendar for next year.

They also approved revisions to board policies, support staff handbook for 2023, Perry district teacher handbook and early graduation requests.
