Memorial services for William “Bill” Joy, age 79 of Iowa City and formerly of Perry, will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care in Perry with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry. Memorials will be given to Alzheimer’s Association or Perry Area Food Pantry and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
