Webster City visits Greene County tonight in a girl/boy varsity basketball doubleheader inside the high school gym in Jefferson. Both games can be heard on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com with coverage at 5:45 p.m. The girls play at 6 with the boys to follow.

Greene County’s girls are 0-8 and the Lynx are 1-7. Senior Emma Hoyle is expected to be back in the starting lineup tonight for the Rams after missing the last half of December with an ankle injury. She’s Greene County leading scorer at seven points per game for a team averaging just 16 per contest.

Webster City’s boys are 4-0 against teams with a combined 7-15 record. The Rams are 3-5 against teams with a combined 38-24 mark. Senior Richard Daugherty leads the Rams in scoring at more than 16 points per contest and Jesse Miller and Gabe Ebersole are at 11 and 10 points, respectively.
