Registrations are now being accepted for the Guthrie Center girls’ basketball program’s “2014 Tiger Camp” this coming summer.

The camp is designed to provide Guthrie Center girls entering 4th through 8th-grades the opportunity to learn some of the fundamentals of basketball through drills and competitions that promote “enthusiasm and respect for the game.”

The camp lasts four days–from June 9th to June 12th–and all sessions are held in the afternoon.  The cost to participate is $45 if registration is handed in before May 9th.  Registration costs are $50 after that date, and that includes for walk-ins to camp.

Applications and a signed consent form should be mailed to Guthrie Center High School’s Jordan Waddell. A $20 nonrefundable minimum deposit is required for the application to be considered.
