The Guthrie County Public Health Department is looking for some help so they can get their plans for the next five years set up.

Public Health Director Jotham Arber tells Raccoon Valley Radio they are looking for at least 1,000 people to take their Community Health Needs Assessment Survey. He adds that the survey is short, only about 18 questions, and helps them plan their next five years of helping their communities.

Arber adds that county residents can take these surveys by finding one of the QR codes that have been posted in public places, or they can visit the GCPH website or Facebook page. The link for the GCPH website is listed below.
