The Panorama School Board met earlier this month..
Panorama Superintendent Shawn Holloway says that the Board approved all action items, with two large items on the list. He adds that the first item was something that the Board had discussed before.
“We had our voluntary retirement incentive program, so an early retirement plan that was approved. We did limit it to three individuals being able to utilize the plan based on years of experience in the district. So I think there was five or six eligible employees.”
Holloway adds that the other big ticket item was the conveyance of real property. He says this was another thing that the Board has discussed before, but are putting the final touches on. With the approval of the conveyance, the school will be gifting a section of road to the city of Panora.
