The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board will consider for approval a resolution to distribute the preliminary official statement to sell $3.3 million of general obligation bonds for the communication tower project, along with consideration of an agreement with Boone and Greene County Probation Services. They will also consider approving the County Treasurer’s investment policy and a resolution for assessed and/or taxable value for utility companies in 2022.
Additionally, the Board will hear more 2023 fiscal year funding requests from Region XII Council of Governments, Greene County Development Corporation, Greene County Public Health, Congregate Meals, Heart of Iowa Habitat for Humanity and the Children’s Center.
