Clinton Carl Richard, age 39 of 1902 Court St., Adel was arrested at 801 Court St., Adel for public intoxication.
George Hutchins of 711 Raccoon St., Redfield reported that someone took a box full of tools, electrical cord and plugins from his yard.
Dustin Ray Kern, age 30 of 722 N 4th St., Winterset was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
