The Stuart Chamber of Commerce met for their monthly meeting on Wednesday. The meeting began with officer reports, followed by Chamber Director Brenda Dudley and her report.

The Chamber thanked outgoing chamber president Ryan Morrison for everything that he’s done while in the position, and he received a gift bag of items from local businesses. It was noted that there were three new businesses that had joined the Chamber recently, including Emily Jane Home Store, History Henceforth and Sammas Designs.

The Chamber also discussed the punch cards that were used during Small Business Saturday, and if they wanted to continue using them for different events, or do something similar in the future. Before the meeting adjourned, members also signed up for different chamber committees for the upcoming year.
