Carlos Ceballos, age 38, 760 N 16th St, Fort Dodge, was arrested for Contempt – Violation Of No Contact Order.

Nov. 27

Alexander Acero, Phoenix, Az, was driving on Hwy 141 at O ave when he struck a vehicle driven by Michael Miller, Bouton, who was preparing to turn onto O Ave.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Acero’s car was estimated at $4000.  Damage to Mr. Miller’s car was estimated at $10000.

Bradley Phelps, age 23, 20628 125th Ave, Grand River, was arrested for Possession Of Dangerous Weapon While Intoxicated, Driving While License Denied Or Revoked and Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Open Container and Failure To Maintain Control.

Nov. 28

Sandra Kirkman, Waukee, was traveling North in the 32000 block of Old Highway 6, when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $7000.

Larry McKim, Greenfield, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 6 when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2000.

Nov. 30

Sergio Chavez, age 22, 304 7th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Mindy Svatos, age 42, 2810 Douglas Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.  She was also cited for Fraudulent Use Of Registration and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Gary Donmor, age 19, 3560 East Douglas Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Terms of Probation.
