Another winter concert is coming up with the Greene County Middle School.

Vocal Director Brenda Roberts says the choir concert will take place on Monday, December 5th at the middle school auditorium starting at 6:30pm. She says there are 60 kids in the fifth grade choir and they are focusing on singing unison songs, while the 39 sixth graders have progressed to singing two part songs, along with learning foreign language tunes. The seventh and eighth grades have 54 kids and they are also singing 2-3 part selections as well as some foreign language integrated. Roberts adds the students have been working on their music since late September.

The music will be a mixture of seasonal songs for fall and winter and there’s no admission charge.
