Greene County ISU Extension is hosting the next Ag Coffee program on Friday.
The informal discussion topic is on Family Farm Finances and it will be led by ISU Extension Finance Specialist Kayln Cody and ISU Extension Farm Management Specialist Alexis Stevens. Extension Director Lori Mannel encourages everyone to come to this free event, even if you don’t live on a farm but want to learn more about handling your finances.
“Well I’ve heard the phrase: ‘People will have food or they will have heat.’ And they need to make the choice on where to put their family finances too. Obviously, both are necessities to survive. Get some tips on where maybe you can scrimp a little bit or be a little more effective in your farm finances.”
Friday’s come and go program will be from 9:30-11am and it is sponsored by Heartland Bank. No registration is necessary.
