A reminder as we celebrate Thanksgiving today there are several offices and businesses that are closed today and tomorrow in Jefferson.

The Greene County Courthouse, Jefferson City Hall, the Greene County Extension Office, and the Jefferson Public Library are all closed today and tomorrow. Library staff reminds residents that nothing is due to the library when it is closed for a holiday. No garbage routes will be impacted in Jefferson for Thursday and Friday.
