A Breda man has had his probation sentence revoked in Greene County and was recently sentenced to prison for violating his parole.
According to court documents, 54-year-old Dale Spaulding was originally sentenced to three years of probation in January of 2021 after pleading guilty to a Class D Felony charge for possession of contraband on the grounds of a correctional facility. Court documents show that Spaulding repeatedly violated the terms of his probation since December of 2021, including several driving while suspended or revoked in Carroll County and felony and misdemeanor drug charges in Boone County from this past September.
District Court Judge Joseph McCarville revoked Spaulding’s probation and imposed the original prison sentence from the January 2021 felony conviction in Greene County to not exceed six years.
