10:48am: A deputy investigated a no contact order violation in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

4:08pm: A deputy investigated a fire complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue. The fire was located in Boone County.

5:23pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street near S Avenue.

6:37pm: A deputy conducted a traffic stop on 220th Street and D Avenue. Dausin Olberding 19 of Manson was arrested for driving while barred.

9:38pm: Dausin Olberding 19 of Manson was booked into the jail for driving while barred.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
