The Stuart City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
The Council will consider for approval the first reading of an ordinance regarding removing violations of restrictive covenants as nuisance subject to municipal enforcement, discuss approval of a street closure for the Sweater Weather 5k, a sewer manhole project and street improvements project. They will consider for approval a proposal for voluntary annexation of a property owned by Tibben. The Council will hold multiple public hearings and consider several zone changes .
The Council will hear from the Stuart Library Board of Trustees, and Stuart Economic Development Director Matt Funk, and discuss on the Historic Preservation Commission. The Council will meet in the Council Chamber at 6:30pm with a live stream option online.
