A Jefferson man has been arrested for an ongoing incident.

According to court documents, on October 17th the Jefferson Police Department was notified about concerns for 68-year-old Carl Hale. During the investigation, the victim noted Hale’s aggressive behavior and that he has been having some mental health issues. 

Since then, additional information was provided to police and led to charges that Hale was arrested on Thursday, which includes a Class D Felony for his second offense for stalking and an aggravated misdemeanor for first degree harassment.
