Bradley Schnirring, Perry, was driving in the 24000 block of Hwy 169 when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $6000.  He was able to drive the vehicle from the scene.

Gary Repp, Perry, was driving a semi on a dirt road in a farm field on Knox Trail, when the road gave way and the semi rolled into a nearby creek.  Perry Fire was able to get Mr. Repp out of the vehicle and he was taken to Mercy hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage was estimated at $20000.  The Iowa DNR was called to evaluate any Hazmat clean up.

Seth Blitz, age 31, 2811 Warford St, Perry, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.

Maria Torres Garcia, Perry, was traveling in the 21000 block of Laredo Trail, near Dallas Center, when she lost control and rolled into the ditch.  She did not report any injuries and damage was estimated at $3000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.  Ms. Garcia was cited for No Valid Drivers License and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Nov. 2

Donnell Guidar, age 32, 600 Polk St, DeSoto, was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and Child Endangerment.
