The football season for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center came to a close Friday night.

With a loss to Underwood (62-14) the Chargers will end with a record of (7-3) with only losses to very good teams that include Greene County, Van Meter and Underwood. The Chargers started out fast with a touchdown on their opening drive from a 29 yard rushing touchdown from Brock Littler but eventually the Eagles would score on their next three possessions to make the score 20 to 6. And the next and final AC/GC score came from a 99 yard rushing touchdown from Littler.

The Chargers will close out yet another year with over 3,000 total rushing yards and be one of the leaders in the state in that category. Fantastic season Chargers and congratulations on a great career for the seniors.
