ADM Tigers boys and girls cross country is gearing up for their final races as a team this year on Saturday at Fort Dodge in the 3A state race.

The Tiger boys were able to make it as a team last year and have multiple runners that are very comfortable with the course. Geneva Timmerman ran on the course last year, but the girls team is one that has been able to put up some great numbers on different courses throughout the year.

In the last poll for teams, the ADM girls are 4th and the boys are 13th in 3A, with the final poll before the race to come out tomorrow.

The field unsurprising will be a good one, and the Tigers will have to run a very balanced race as their pace, as they will aim for season best times and PRs.

The girls will be competing at 10:30 am and the boys at 11:15 am, at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course.
