200 East State Street

A project that began in 2016 will have an open house and ribbon cutting next week in Jefferson.

City View Lofts at 200 East State Street has completed renovating three upper story apartments where Warm Wishes and Gravitate Coworking are currently located in the downtown square. Jefferson Matters: A Main Street and Chamber Community Executive Director Matt Wetrich says the apartments were the final phase of the complete restoration of the entire building that was originally constructed in 1871. 

“ I mean complete and beautiful renovations that have been done up there. They are really sharp. And I think at least one of those apartments may be still looking for a tenant. So come tour them, check them out. I think you’ll be really impressed.” 

The open house is from 4-6pm on Monday, October 17th, with the ribbon cutting slated at 4pm. It is free and open to the public.
