Dallas Center – Grimes will have multiple teams competing today, with the boys and girls cross country teams racing in Fort Dodge and the volleyball team at home against ADM.

The cross country teams are both ranked in the latest 4A poll through iowarunjumpthrow.com, with the boys 16th and the girls 20th in 4A. With both teams being regular visitors due to many years participating in the state meet, this is an event and course they should be familiar with.

Volleyball is coming off of a win on Tuesday over Newton, and they will be hoping to put up a similar performance tonight as they play in a key non-conference game against a team that is ranked in 4A.

Cross country will be racing late in the afternoon with the girls to be at 5:20 and the boys to follow after. The volleyball match will be played at 7 pm.
