The Perry City Council will meet Monday night.

The meeting will begin with a public hearing on an amendment to the zoning ordinance. They will then consider for approval a sixth pay application and a change order for the airport runway project, a second pay application for a downtown street and utility improvement project, as well as four property annexations. Additionally, the Council will consider for approval a resolution for an application to a downtown Perry upper story housing pilot program, and setting two public hearings for a Community Development Block Grant application for upper story conversion projects and a Comprehensive Neighborhood Planning grant. Finally, the Council will consider for approval amending an ordinance for electric franchise, allowing off-road utility vehicles within city limits and zoning regulations.
