A deputy was advised of a residential alarm activation in the 600 block of X Avenue.  The owner of the residence informed the deputy that a family member had accidentally set the alarm off.

A deputy assisted a resident in the 600 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction retrieve several personal property items that she had lost the previous week.

A deputy is investigating a reported fight between two male juveniles that occurred near the school in Grand Junction.

A deputy was dispatched to the 500 block of Main Street East in Grand Junction for a parking complaint.

A deputy was advised by a Grand Junction resident that a juvenile female was staying at her residence with her daughter for the night. The caller stated that the mother of the girl was called away unexpectedly and wanted law enforcement to know the location of the female.

Wednesday, April 16th

A deputy was dispatched to the 1700 block of Neola Avenue for the report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a residential driveway. The deputy investigated and subsequently arrested Kenneth Dale Hostetler, 49 of rural Jefferson for Operation of a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, 1st Offense.

A deputy was advised and will be investigating the reported theft of a Nikon Camera taken from a vehicle that was parked at Spring Lake Park on April 14th.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
