2:16am: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 700 Block of South Elm Street.

7:53am: An officer checked on a vehicle with Mechanical Issues, which had been parked in the 600 Block of West Lincoln Way Street for a day. The owner advised it would be moved.

8:08am: A Traffic Stop in the 1900 Block of North Grimmell Road resulted in Owen Harris of Sheldahl being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

12:51pm: An officer investigated an accident at Elm and Washington Streets. A 2021 Lincoln Corsair, owned and operated by Jerry Hall of Jefferson, left the posted stop sign at West Washington Street, and traveled east across the lanes of Elm Street. Hall was struck by a northbound vehicle. The 2005 Buick LeSabre was owned and operated by Bridget Dirks of Nevada. The Hall vehicle had a reported $10,000.00 in damages, while the Dirks’ vehicle had a reported $3000.00 in damages. Hall was cited for, “Fail to Yield to Vehicle on Right.”

4:40pm: A Traffic Stop at Mulberry and Gallop Road resulted in Matthew Kinney of Rippey being cited for, “Operation without Registration.”

7:06pm: A Traffic Stop at Central and Mulberry resulted in Garrett Rysavy of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

9:11pm: Officers were called to 107 North Grimmell Road, for a reported assault. The officers met with a female victim. The officer’s investigation led to the arrest of Enrique Ramon Pacheco Arita, 29 of Jefferson for, “Domestic Abuse Assault – Serious.”
