The Perry Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday morning at Quality Marble and Tile. The business has been family owned and operated for over twenty years. The Kahrimanovic family specializes in natural stone, primarily granite and quartz countertops. The stone is sourced from all over the world including Italy and Brazil.

Recently, they began providing porcelain shower enclosures eliminating grout joints.  Around 2010 they opened their showroom in Grimes for commercial manufacturing. In 2018, looking to downsize, they opened their fabrication shop in Perry. The family is of war-torn Bosnian heritage and they immigrated here from Germany in hope of a better future. Perry seemed the perfect place for their business. On September 22, at 4 pm a ribbon-cutting ceremony will also be held at their new Grimes showroom.
