The Panora City Council will meet Monday.
The Council will consider for approval after a public hearing on a resolution approving the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate for the Jackson Street Improvement Project. Additionally, they will hold a public hearing and take action on the proposed development agreement with Panora Telecommunications authorizing the annual appropriation tax increment payments and pledging certain tax increment revenues to the payment of the agreement. Also the Council will hold a public hearing and take action on the proposed zoning change to add a residential two district and to classify certain residential lots to the district.
Finally the Council will discuss the upper housing story housing of the community development block grant application and duplex plans.
The Council will meet at 5:30pm at the Panora City Hall with a virtual option meeting option.
