Sept. 1

Kelly Barnum, age 54, 3636 Kingman Blvd, Des Moines, was arrested for Interference With Official Acts.  She was also cited for Speeding, Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.  Failure To Possess Valid License While Operating Motor Vehicle, and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Sept. 2

Seth Thompson, age 33, 16205 320th Way, Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Assault While Displaying Dangerous Weapon.

Kaydin Moore, age 18, 1018 NE Crestmoor Place, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

Sept. 3

Grace Wambugu, age 31, Homeless, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation.

Tyler Cooklin,k Age 29, 508 W 5th St, Woodward, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.

Geoffrey Kohler, age 41, 644 SE 16th St, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  He was also cited for Speeding.

Sept. 4

Brandon Corkrean, Des Moines, was traveling west on 360th St near the intersection of Coyote Ridge Drive.  He swerved to  avoid a collision with another vehicle, which caused his car to roll over and end up in the ditch.  Mr. Corkrean’s passenger was taken to Mercy Hospital to evaluate any injuries.  Mr. Corkrean refused transport.  Damage to his vehicle was estimated at $8000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Sept. 5

Adam Stout, Perry, was driving in the 18000 block of J Ave when he hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.  The vehicle was driven from the scene.
