The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) recently announced funding that will go toward the construction of rental units with some of the funding going for a project in Adel.  

The IFA awarded a total of nearly $10 million in awards in Federal Housing Tax Credits for the construction of almost 400 rental units across 11 communities which includes a project at Adel Manor in Adel for a rehabilitation of 68 units for which they received $750,922 which is committed annually for a ten year period.
