Funeral services for Doneta Kay Linquist, age 85, of Sac City, IA will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Emanuel–St. John Lutheran Church in Lytton, IA. Burial will be in the Cedar Cemetery near Lytton. Visitation will be held at Emanuel Lutheran–St. John Lutheran Church on Thursday from 10–10:45 A.M. prior to the service. Doneta is survived by her three children: Ricky Linquist (Laurel) of Fonda, Rhonda Remillard (Loren) of Spencer, and Amy Healy (Randy) of Denison; her grandchildren: Kelly Linquist of Sommers, Mindi Van Houten (Justin) of Melvin, IA, Jason Remillard (Angie) of Spencer, Andrew Henson (Witney) of Kansas City, MO, and Jessica Hammen (Josh) of Twin Lakes; thirteen great-grandchildren; her sisters: Donna Gerdes of Ralston, Ramona Johnson of Plant City, FL, Marcella Van Horn of Surprise, AZ, Mardell Shipley of Audubon, and Karen Brown of Panora; two half-sisters Marilyn and Marjorie of North Carolina; a sister-in-law Anne Galbraith of Sac City; and many nieces and nephews.
