12:54am: Brian Weltzin 26 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct.

8:01am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a two-vehicle accident on South Olive Street and East Harrison Street.

Friday, August 26th

12:22am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an unruly patient at in the 1000 block of West Lincoln Way.

2:36am: Roberto Villarreal 67 of Perry was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
