Recently the Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center had their annual golf fundraiser which raised a lot of money for a good cause.

The 2022 ACGC Football Golf Tournament Fundraiser happed on August 6th at the Guthrie Center Golf Course. Head Coach Cody Matthewson says they had 23 teams particpate for a grand total of 93 people and 26 sponsors.

“In that money gets all done in your club account to help pay for our helmet decals, our falls, any extra pieces of equipment that we might need. Because football is an expensive sport and there’s a lot that goes into it and there’s a lot that we need for successful things that run on Friday night to give our kids the best opportunity to be able to take the field, the confidence.”

Matthewson thanked everyone that was involved in the golf tournament.
