The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board approved the district facility use plan at their regular meeting this past Monday.

The document remained largely the same as last year, but language was added regarding insurance requirements for organizations to help better protect the district’s liability. Also, the Board approved the completion of Meadow View Elementary with a final pay application to Core Structural Services, LLC. They approved the District’s emergency operations plans.

The Board approved the student assistance program as the old contract with LifeWorks, which provided on-site mental health services, was stopped as they didn’t have the staffing available. A new contract was approved with Employee Family Resources in the amount of $9,329.

Finally, the Board approved the Return to Learn Plan which had no changes other than removing the COVID-19 dashboard on the district website.
