Tuesday, August 9th

10:30am: Austin Owens 18 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for minor in possession 1st offense.

2:05pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of North Dana Street, Dana.

3:50pm: Catie Smith 38 of Paton was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
