The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday. 

The Board approved to be participant in “Safe Streets and Roads for All,” Grant Application which will require the county to have a safety action plan and commit to having zero fatalities or serious injuries by 2030 to receive a portion of federal infrastructure funds. 

The Board voted to continue the 28E Agreement with Audubon County that provides county resources to help Audubon County’s Public Health with reimbursement. The Board tabled the rental agreement for the Emergency Management’s portion of the building on State Street to structure the agreement and present it to the Adair and Guthrie Emergency Management Agency Commission.

They also discussed the financing for a communication system and the dispatch radio console that will cost $820,000 before interest.
