The Dallas County Hospital will be offering a free service for students ahead of the upcoming school year. 

The Dallas County Hospital Family Medicine Clinic is offering free sports physicals from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday, August 3rd for any 7th-12th grade student planning to participate in athletics at Perry High School or Middle School during the 2022-23 school year. 

Students attending must have a filled out and signed Perry Student Activities Physical as well as signed Dallas County Hospital consent forms. Physicals and forms are able to be picked up at Perry High School. The appointments are walk-ins only with no cost to the patient.
