
The Perry City Council will consider approving voluntary annexations at their regular meeting Monday.
Also, the Council will consider approving a pay application for the 2020 downtown street and utility improvements project, a notice and intent to enter into a purchase agreement, a development agreement with Hometown Rental Properties, LLC and an amendment to a financial assistance award.
Finally, the Council will consider approving fixing a time and place for a nuisance abatement hearing, approving the fiscal year 2021 annual audit, tax abatement applications for residential construction completed or to be completed in 2022 in Perry, a combination of a plat of survey and creation of a parcel, a site plan and authorizing the sale of unused/outdated equipment.
