Monday, July 11th

3:50am: An officer issued a Parking Violation Notice in the 100 Block of East Lincoln Way Street for, “Street Sweeping Parking Violation.”

4:35am: An officer assisted Jefferson Fire and Alliant Energy with a power pole fire at Grimmell and State Streets.

11:10am: Boone County requested officers to look for a truck and camper on 220th Street.

The driver was reported to be confused. The officers did not see the reported vehicle.

11:10am: The GC Ambulance crew reported traffic congestion in the 100 Block of North Grimmell Road, as Alliant Energy was replacing the pole that had caught fire earlier. The officer provided traffic control in the area.

4:30pm: Julie Allender reported a Stalled Vehicle near 220th and Elm Streets. The officer did not locate the reported vehicle in the area.

5:21pm: A caller requested a Welfare Check on a male in the 900 Block of West Harrison Street. The officer spoke to the subject, who advised he was fine.

7:32pm: An officer checked 306 West Reed Street, after dispatch received a 911 Hang Up Call from the residence. The officer learned a toddler had been playing with a phone.
