The Perry DMACC VanKirk Career Academy is offering a free two part class this summer.

The welding and English as a Second Language course starts May 17^th in Perry.

Anyone over the age of 18 that is interested in learning both these skills is encouraged to attend the required orientation session on May 5^th from 5-6pm.  Participants will need to attend both the welding and the ESL classes.  Welding will be taught Saturday mornings from May 17^th through August 2^nd and the ELS class is Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-9pm between May 20^th and July 3^rd.

Dinner will be provided at the information session.  Space is limited.  Those wanting to reserve their spot should visit the VanKirk Career Academy or call 428-8100.
