The Panora City Council met Monday.
The Council approved a proposal from Boland Recreation playground of $103,000 for the improvment of Michael Mills Park and a truck equipment quote for a Ford Leer Topper and utility box for the costs of $6,600 and they approved a certain loan agreement providing for the placement and issuance of $2.4 million General Obligation Corporate Purpose Bonds for paying the costs of constructing Clay Street and providing for the levy of taxes. Also, the Council approved Brandon Godwin as a member to the Veteran’s Auditorium Board and clarified the effective date as July 7th for an annual pay change for employees
