7:40am: David Tibben 38 of Bondurant was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

6:48pm: A deputy assisted the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office with a notification request in the 400 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction. Dale Ganoe 44 of Jefferson was arrested for Domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense.

11:02pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1600 block of Newberry Avenue.

12:18am: Dale Ganoe 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
