Unit 2 white 2014 Ford van registered to Motor Parts, Inc, 117 S Chestnut St., Jefferson, driven by Spencer William Hochstetler, 414 2nd St., Perry. Unit 1 was traveling westbound on Bateman when it entered 1st Ave and struck unit 2 that was traveling southbound. Total estimated damages $2000. Driver of unit 1 cited with failure to yield upon entering through highway. Officer responded to the baseball field at Pattee Park on a report of criminal mischief. Case under investigation. Arrest: Manolin Fernandez Jimenez, age 45, 2508 Perry Park Ave, Perry was taken into custody and
charged with theft 5th degree. Arrest: Bryce William Johnson Parnell, age 24, 1306 11th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).

May 21: Arrest: Angela Marie Katzmann, age 40, 2620 McKinley, Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury 1st offense. Accident: Unit 1 black 2006 Jeep Commander SUV registered to and driven by Haley Reanna Thompson 712 5th St., Perry. Unit 2 white 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, legally parked, registered to Kelvin Esteban, 1315 Otley, Perry. Unit 1 was backing out of a parking spot in the Dollar General parking lot and struck unit 2. Minor damages to both vehicles estimated at $2000.
