Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers girls golf will be participating in the girls regional golf meet on Wednesday morning when they go to Altoona to play at Terrace Hills Golf Course.

The Tigers have been able to put together a very strong season, tallying quite a few team wins in 9 and 18 hole golf matches and tournaments as well. Terrace Hills Golf Course is a par 71 golf course, one that has many trees on both sides of the fairways and quick greens.

A talented pool of schools will be participating in the event, with Bondurant-Farrar, Ballard, Creston, Carroll, Gilbert, Nevada, North Polk, Newton, Perry, Saydel, and Winterset all to compete across the board.

The Tigers will be aiming to play in the state tournament which will be held next week at River Valley Golf Course in Adel.

The event will start at 9 am this morning, as the Tigers will be looking to get back to the state golf tournament for a second consecutive year.
