Monday, May 16th

7:41am: A deputy responded to Railroad Street and 9th Street North in Grand Junction for a car accident. Unit 1 was a Silver 2000 Chevrolet k1500 Silverado, operated by Tanner Brown (33) of Grand Junction. He was traveling north of 9th Street and slowed down to turn onto Railroad Street. Unit 2 failed to slow down and struck unit 1. Unit 2 was a black 2018 Buick Encore, operated by Terri Delp (44) of Grand Junction, IA. Terri was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance.

2:47pm: A deputy transported a subject from the Greene County Medical Center to the Courthouse for a court hearing.

6:29pm: A deputy responded to the 1000 blk of N Avenue for a log chain on the roadway. The deputy searched the area and was not able to locate the chain.

6:36pm: A deputy responded to Lincoln Street and Jefferson Street in Scranton for an accident. Unit 1 was a blue 2012 Buick Enclave operated by a juvenile. Unit 2 was a red 2014 Ford F150 operated by Robert Stephenson (73) of Scranton. Robert was cited for failure to yield the right of way.

7:02pm: A deputy responded to the 1600 blk of 220th Street to check on the welfare of a driver that had pulled over. When the deputy arrived on scene, the vehicle had been removed.

8:09pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with attempting to locate a suspect that was alleged to be shooting at a female.

8:45pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1000 blk of Railroad Street in Grand Junction.

8:56pm: A deputy responded to 16th Street South in Grand Junction for a complaint of reckless driving on a golf cart. The deputy was not able to locate the golf cart.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
