The Panora City Council met Monday. 

The Council approved June 17th as the city wide clean-up date, along with fees associated with the initiative.  They also approved a payroll change to $56,000 for Levi Johnson as the EMS Director and the authorization of the placement of an instreet pedestrian crossing yield signs to replace the current collapsible stop signs on the west end of Market Street.

The Council approved setting a date for multiple public hearings on May 23rd that includes a proposal to enter a general obligation corporate loan agreement to borrow money to not exceed $2.6 million, and the current fiscal year budget amendment. 

Finally, the Council discussed the sidewalk extension on East Clay Street from 316 Northeast 5th to Northeast 6th Street, but took no action.
