Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers boys and girls soccer were looking for strong performances on Tuesday night against the Ballard Bombers, and both teams were able to find wins in their matches, with the boys grabbing the victory 9-1 and the girls getting the win as well 2-1.

Both of the teams were able to pick up needed wins, as the boys were able to win going away to move to 6-8 on the year. The nine goals for the Tigers was one of the highest tallies of the season. The Tigers also found out about their postseason fate, as they will be playing against Creston at home on May 19th.

The girls trailed at half by the score of 1-0, but were able to put up two goals in the second half to pick up the victory on senior night.

For both of the teams, they return to action on Friday night when both schools will be taking on Carlisle in another Raccoon River Conference match. The boys will be at home and the girls will be on the road, with both matches to begin at 7 pm.
