The Menlo Fire Department responded to a house fire in Menlo late Saturday night.

The Menlo Fire Department responded to a call for a house fire in the 300 block of Fifth Street in Menlo at 11:36 p.m. Saturday night. The Stuart and Casey fire departments also responded in a request for mutual aid for more manpower and additional trucks and t he Stuart Police Department also responded.

Once on scene they were able to put the interior fire out before it spread to the other areas of the house and there were no injuries reported from the fire.
