Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center track and field had multiple athletes qualify for the Drake Relays that will happen from April 28 through April 30th in Des Moines.

Chloe Largent was the only girl on the AC/GC squad that qualified to compete in the girls high jump at the Drake Relays. The boys team saw many that qualified that includes Austin Kunkle in the 100 meter dash followed by the 4×100 team that was led by Brock Littler, Charlie Crawford, Cayden Jensen and Austin Kunkle.

The fastest time ran by Kunkle in the 100 meter was 10.99 seconds. The 4×100 team also qualified with a time of 43.81. Largent’s highest jump was recorded at 5 feet and 3 inches. Raccoon Valley Radio Sports will give you a full recap from the Drake Relays following the event.
