The Perry City Council will consider approving multiple voluntary annexations at their regular meeting Monday.

Also, the Council will consider approving the acceptance of a grant from the Iowa Finance Authority, a resolution relating to multiple items with the relocation of runway 14/32 phase two and three project and a resolution approving an economic development grant agreement with Perry Economic Development.

Then the Council will consider approving the insurance administration contracts and renewing the Blue Choice insurance plan with Wellmark Iowa Governmental Health Care Plan, group dental and vision insurance renewal with Principal Healthcare and UNUM insurance for group life term and long term disability benefits all for City of Perry employees.

Finally, the Council will consider approving a economic development loan agreement with Perry Economic Development and Perry Industries, the readdressing of a parcel, appointing a representative and alternate to the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission, a master services agreement JEO Consulting Group, a task order for scope of work on a spa pump replacement, grant applications for budgeted capital expenditures and a resolution making appointments for the Perry City Council standing committees.

Also, the Council will look at two ordinances one for driveway entrances, driveways and driveway extensions as well as sewer service charges.
